About the Workshop
This workshop was designed for those who are:
- considering accreditation for their certification program(s) and wanting to understand what’s involved;
- assuming the responsibility of managing an accredited program, and needing to get up to speed quickly; or
- preparing for reaccreditation for the first time since the 2021 Standards update, and wanting to know what’s new.
Walk through the NCCA Standards and the requirements to meet the essential elements of each Standard. Gain a better understanding of the NCCA accreditation process and get your questions answered. Leave with ideas for how becoming NCCA-accredited can benefit your program(s) and enhance its credibility and value.
In this workshop you will get:
- an overview of the NCCA accreditation process
- a review of the NCCA Standards and requirements of each Essential Element
- a review of the accreditation online portal and additional accreditation resources
- an opportunity for Q&A

Linda Anguish
Director of Certification Services, I.C.E.
Linda Anguish has been employed by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence for ten years. In her original role, she served as Director of Accreditation Services, providing strategic and operational oversight for the NCCA and ACAP accreditation programs. Currently Linda serves as Director of Certification Services where she oversees the ICE-CCP® program, I.C.E.’s premier certification product for credentialing professionals.
Linda’s previous experience includes serving as a Senior Director of Certification Products for a credentialing organization with multiple NCCA-accredited programs. She was the original developer and facilitator of the NCCA Accreditation Workshop which has been presented three times annually since 2021.

The NCCA Accreditation Overview Workshop qualifies for 8.5 hours of recertification credit for the ICE-CCP.

As a CAE Registered Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 8.5 credits toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.
