Coming January 13! New I.C.E. Online Community

I.C.E. is transitioning to a new, more robust online community in the new year! This platform is designed for I.C.E. members to connect, collaborate, and share with your fellow credentialing professionals.

Timeline

• January 1: I.C.E.'s old community will shut down
• January 13: New community launches, and an email invitation will be sent to all members.

Why is I.C.E. transitioning?

I.C.E. re-launched our online community in summer of 2023, and immediately noticed strong participation from our members. While re-evaluating our online community partner, we decided to transition to a more robust platform to allows for better organization of content.

What do I have to do to set up my account?

I.C.E. will send you an e-mail on January 13 with information on how to access the online community. You can also navigate to the community by clicking on "I.C.E. Member Community" from your I.C.E. profile.

What should I look for in the new community?

Our new online community will allow for:

• A user-friendly interface to easily post questions and comments
• Improved tagging and searching to find topics of interest
• Easy-to-use member directory to connect with fellow credentialing professionals

When you first log in, walk through the community tour to orient yourself.

What happens to our old comments?

Unfortunately, we are not able to transition the content from the old community to the new one. I.C.E. has scanned the old community and will post our most popular questions to provide an opportunity for new content.
